Summary
 

Dragon 9(009) is the main character in this movie. He is a good friend of Simon The Snow, who is to fight Yeh Cool Son in one of the biggest duels ever on top of the imperial palace. However, Yeh, being part of the royal family at the time, has other plans in store for the emperor.
